SmartTrailer features a comprehensive route information system, utilizing GPS positioning and providing a visual representation of the route traveled. It also tracks mileage and provides detailed statistics, including identifying the high and low runners as well as stand still times. The fleet usage reports provide valuable insights for businesses. In terms of maintenance planning, the system offers both static scheduling based on mileage and time, as well as in future predictive maintenance planning based on trailer health signals.
Trailer Technology
Ensures safety and compliance by driver and fleet operator warnings. It alerts when temperature thresholds on axles and brakes have been violated or when the axle load has been exceeded. Surround sensing technologies to reduce damage will be introduced in order to assist maneuvering and decrease physical and mental stress for truck drivers.

For complete transparency in the supply chain, SmartTrailer assigns cargo to trailers. It features tracking devices that can be easily attached to goods, load carriers or moveable resources, allowing for "real-time" monitoring of their location. The geo position of tagged objects is accurately located, providing up-to-date information on their location. The product also supplies an error status of trailer resources once they leave the trailer range, ensuring that all assets are accounted for and secure.
