PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Freightsafe is developing a network of smart trailer parking hubs where you can securely park, exchange and charge your trailers in our modular bays.

Freightsafe is looking to change the way that secure parking works by giving individual stakeholders the power to procure secure parking where and when they need it. We work directly with logistics providers and shippers to provide modular truck parking solutions at the level of security required. Freightsafe installs parking hubs at existing truck-related infrastructure such as depots, truck repair centres and ports to give customers the most flexible parking solutions on the market.

Secure your trailer with our 4 stage cargo protection process

Deter and Delay

Your trailer sits inside a 5m high, solid 0.5mm-0.7mm steel sheet cladded aluminum bay. The entrance to the front of the bay is guarded by an alarmed AKM steel roller shutter door. The entrance to the rear of the bay is guarded by an alarmed, security emergency door (only openable from the inside).

Detect

The second the roller gates are opened, an alarm is triggered, and CCTV surveillance begins. The second the rear emergency doors are opened, an alarm is triggered, and CCTV surveillance begins. Once your trailer is park and the roller gates are closed, a motion detector alarm is triggered. Any motion detected inside the bay immediately raises an alarm. Virtual guard tours are made daily to check the CCTV is fully functional and provides quality images that allow for clear visibility.

Respond

All Freightsafe spaces are monitored by Bosch Service Solutions 24/7. Every motion triggering event inside the bay generates a live monitoring feed.

In a 10-space secure parking bay there are:

  • 13 Vandal resistant IP dome camera for outdoor HD surveillance
  • 5 Robust IP bullet camera with infrared illumination for outdoor HD surveillance
  • 4 Outdoor pendant IP dome camera with sunshield, integrated IR illumination up to 180 m (590 ft), 30x zoom, 1080p HD resolution
Recover

Each Freightsafe location is connected to an intervention center. Upon an alarm escalation, Bosch Service Solutions will first inform the local police, and then the local intervention service to inspect the site. Each intervention service aims to be at the site within 5-15 minutes.

Simply tell us the locations & number of parking spaces and we will source you a site. We have built sites at Truck stops, Truck repair centres, Logistics depots and ports.

From the time that an LOI is signed, it takes 3-4 months for one of our sites to be fully operational.

Our current parking options are:

  1. Smart Parking: Our lightest version of our modular parking, with access control barriers on either end to allow for simple drive-through parking. Truck and trailer are geo-fenced with 24/7 live CCTV monitoring and alarms are fitted for any disturbances
  2. Safe Parking: As with Smart Parking in terms of access control and cameras, but instead truck and trailer reverse against a rear steel wall to prevent the back doors from being opened
  3. Secure Parking: Our most comprehensive trailer security option. Truck and trailer reverse into a modular steel box, where trailer can be left securely overnight, leaving the tractor free to either park alongside, or find a nearby facility to rest at. Within each box is a set of motion-detection cameras and 24/7 live CCTV monitoring.

We have 5 sites operational across Spain, Germany and Sweden as of Q1 2023, with 1 more in Italy by Q2 and plans for expansions to the UK and France in 2023 as well.
