Each transport can be cancelled free of charge up to 9 office hours before the start of the journey by both the forwarding company and the client. After cancellation, all parties to the contract will be informed and the amount paid will then be returned to the client. The canceling party shall bear the costs incurred for the online payment.
If the lead time is less than 9 hours, the transport cannot be cancelled. You can recognize such last minute offers by this sign.
Yes! With Pamyra.de you digitize your offer by storing your price tables. Each price table has an address, so it corresponds to a branch. Of course you can also create one account per branch and manage them separately.
Freight forwarders and haulage companies determine themselves with us whether they would like to offer transports also on weekends. You can define this separately for each tariff in your account settings.
If you pay in advance, you have to pay the transport price in time before the pickup, so that the forwarding company receives the money before the start of the transport. If you pay by invoice, you will receive it from the freight forwarder - the payment deadline is also noted there.
Shippers pay 8% commission only for successfully arranged transports. For shippers our service is free of charge.
Each forwarding agency sets its own calculation tables. However, the basis is always a combination of the distance to be covered and the size and weight of the load.
Shippers book transports with Pamyra.com immediately (InTime) and bindingly.
As soon as a shipper has successfully booked a transport, both parties receive a delivery bill for this transport order. Shippers choose a payment method during the order process.
If the shipper chooses online payment, we create the corresponding invoice for you on behalf of the shipper, leaving you to focus on your core business.
If the sender chooses payment on account, prepayment or cash on collection, you create the invoice for the sender immediately or after the service has been provided.
Once the transport service has been provided, the process is then completed for you.
Pamyra.de does not dictate to you as a partner which vehicles you use for your deliveries. You can inform your customers about this in the tariff description, but there is no obligation to do so or to exclude certain vehicle types at Pamyra.
Transportation contracts are always concluded between the shipper and the company under the terms and conditions of the respective company. Freight forwarders have the option to show shippers their own terms and conditions or to conclude the contract based on the German Freight Forwarders' Standard Terms and Conditions (ADSp) 2017.
